How it works:
When you complete one of our featured tasks, you qualify to receive one of our limited editions patches.
For North Carolina residents, each completed task, youth 16 years old and under will receive the patch for free. Adults and youth over the age of 16 and out-of-state residents can receive a patch for each successful task, by making a $5 donation to the Outdoor Heritage Trust Fund.
To receive your patch, please fill out the Patch Request form and send it in with a picture of your activity to info@ncoutdoorheritage.org
