Justin Burr is Executive Director of the NC Youth Outdoor Engagement Commission and President of the NC Outdoors Foundation. He joined NCYOEC in 2019 after 10 years serving as a state representative for Stanly County.

Anna McKnight is the Grants Coordinator, responsible for grants administration and database management. She is a public health major with a focus on value-based care.

Noel Parra is the Program Manager at the Commission and has a background in youth outdoor education and natural resources conservation. She leads the Trailblazers program and works closely with NC educators.
