Program Host Funding
Apply for up to $2,500 to host on-campus visiting outdoor programs.

Field Trip Funding
Apply for up to $5,000 for field trips with outdoor activities and learning components.

Structure Funding
Apply for up to $15,000 in funding for outdoor structures and equipment, including classrooms, greenhouses, and apiaries.

Agricultural Structure Funding
Apply for up to $20,000 for outdoor agricultural structures and equipment e.g., animal barns, livestock, tractors, and large greenhouses.

Dock and Fishing Pier Funding
Apply for up to $20,000 in funding for outdoor aquatic activity structures and equipment, e.g., docks, fishing piers, fishing boats, canoes and kayaks.

Archery Ranges
Apply for up to $20,000 for outdoor archery ranges and equipment, including 3D targets, backstop netting, and bows.

Need to Make A Change?
Should changes need to be made to the original grant application, either before or after a grant has been awarded, the applicant must request a GO Grant Amendment form by emailing GoOutside@nc.gov. The GO Grant Amendment form will be assigned via the applicant’s Grant Lifecycle Manager portal. An amendment request must be approved by the Commission before grant awards can be used.
