County Funds
There is a $5,000 cap PER COUNTY for TRAVEL funding only: Check the grant availability map and table below to see if your county has already received the travel funding cap before applying. The funding cap resets at the end of the fiscal year – if your county has reached its cap for this year please return in July 2025 to apply.

Application
Travel Funding
Up to $5,000 in travel funding for nonprofessional youth sports teams to compete in North Carolina, or out-of-state, sporting events.
Host Funding
Apply for up to $25,000 to attract State, regional, area, and national sporting events, tournaments, and programs for nonprofessional youth sporting participants.
Host funding for this fiscal year has been awarded. Please check back in July 2025 to apply.
